A: In order to release some strain off the server, the script that calculates popularity and average rating of all sites is executed every 5 minutes. You should just wait a bit and then refresh the page. Q: Can I vote more than once? A: No. There are 3 ways in which we check for multiple voting, and if you still manage to cheat somehow, all votes are neatly logged with referers, I.P. addresses and session IDs. This means that any cheat attempt will be detected, one way or the other, so don't even bother.
